Responsibilities:

• Manage teams within the technical office and coordinate between teams.
• Manage budgeting and financial control processes.
• Calculate project costs, plan the budget, and ensure cost control.
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies to assess the project's viability.
• Prepare price analyses and cost calculations.
• Oversee the preparation of subcontractor progress payments.
• Prepare technical specifications and determine project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and on-site inspections to monitor the details of the production process.
• Possess knowledge of production details and control the applications at every stage of the project.
• Prepare the appropriate work schedule for the project, updаtеit regularly, and track progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present them to project management.

Requirements:

Graduated from the Civil Engineering department of a university.

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial facility projects.

Experienced in planning, presentation, report preparation, and control processes.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with civil engineering and technical projects

Fluency in Russian and English

MS Project and Primavera experience

Significant experience in working with project budget
